چکیده

Prefabricated buildings that are more environmentally friendly have been vigorously promoted by the Chinese government because of reduced waste and carbon emissions during construction process. Most processes prefabricated completed in component factory, but safety risks hoisting process cannot be ignored. In this paper, initial framework a Bayesian Network (BN) is obtained from combination improved Human Factors Analysis Classification System Model (HFACS) BN. The similarity aggregation method (SAM) used to calculate prior probability BN, which can better summarize deal with fuzzy judgment experts on risk accidents. SAM consider both weight relative consistency their opinions, great significance for improving reliability BN inputted data. This paper uses project Sanya, Hainan Province, verify validity model. results show calculation model basically consistent actual situation. relatively low, premise unsafe behaviors supervision key factors project. addition maintaining good conditions workers’ healthy states, it also necessary carefully check performance tower cranes equipment such as spreaders. During operation crane, workers should avoid walking or staying within range.

A FLEXIBLE METHOD OF BUILDING CONSTRUCTION SAFETY RISK ASSESSMENT AND INVESTIGATING FINANCIAL ASPECTS OF SAFETY PROGRAM

Construction industry has the highest ratio of fatality of workers in comparison with other industries. Construction safety has been always a matter of focus to control safety risks. This article presents a new flexible method of safety risk assessment by adding Hybrid Value Number (HVN) to the assessment equation. As a result of using this method, the results of assessment process will be more...

Bayesian-network-based safety risk assessment for steel construction projects.

There are four primary accident types at steel building construction (SC) projects: falls (tumbles), object falls, object collapse, and electrocution. Several systematic safety risk assessment approaches, such as fault tree analysis (FTA) and failure mode and effect criticality analysis (FMECA), have been used to evaluate safety risks at SC projects. However, these traditional methods ineffecti...

Research on Investment Risk Management of Chinese Prefabricated Construction Projects Based on a System Dynamics Model

Prefabricated construction, a new direction for the future development of the Chinese construction industry, can maximize the requirements of “green”. As a new form of green building, prefabricated construction is of particular interest. On account of the immature development of the green building market in China, the investment risk for prefabricated construction is higher than for traditional...

Automatic Risk Control Based on FSA Methodology Adaptation for Safety Assessment in Intelligent Buildings

The main area which Formal Safety Assessment (FSA) methodology was created for is maritime safety. Its model presents quantitative risk estimation and takes detailed information about accident characteristics into account. Nowadays, it is broadly used in shipping navigation around the world. It has already been shown that FSA can be widely used for the assessment of pilotage safety. On the basi...

Safety risk assessment and ranking in the construction projects with F.M.E.A and fuzzy T.O.P.S.I.S

Abstract Introduction: Construction projects are one of the most important sectors of the economy of the country, which has a high capacity for job creation. Construction projects are part of a huge and strategic set of civil engineering projects that unfortunately have a large share of work-related accidents due to lack of attention to safety. One of the most important issues that can contrib...
